An LL.B. (Hons) graduate from  Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom, Masleena was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an advocate and solicitor in 2001. She is also a registered Trade Mark Agent.

Her predominantly are of practise are corporate, commercial, company and trust law. She is well known for her expertise in structuring corporate deals and fund raising activities by companies under Interest Schemes Act and Capital Market Services Act.

Prior to founding Masleena, Yee & Partners, Masleena was attached with the Securities Commission of Malaysia and subsequently joined the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) as Head of Interest Scheme Section and acting Head of Insolvency Scction.

Driven by her passion for law and corporate affairs, she has equipped herself with sound technical knowledge and developed a reputation for her expertise. Being a perfectionist, Masleena will view a case from different perspectives to ensure clients’ interests are not compromised.
