Fathin Nadia graduated with LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and she commenced her career as a corporate lawyer at Messrs, Hisham, Sobri & Kadir, mainly attending to corporate and commercial matters.

In the course of her legal career, she gained substantial exposure in matters relating to merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, infrastructure project, construction and privatization exercises. She was also assigned with secretarial works and appointed as Company Secretary for various companies.

As an experienced and highly skilled corporate lawyer, she is responsible for various corporate matters including due diligence exercise for merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance, contract negotiation and compliance.

Fathin Nadia is also the Director and Company Secretary of MYP Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd, a secretarial company which provides corporate secretarial services to companies in Malaysia.
