Hua Zhi Loon was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018. He graduated with LL.B (Hons) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom in 2016 and obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice in 2017.

He completed his pupillage at Messrs Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong. Thereafter, he was retained as a legal associate by Messrs Jeff, Leong, Poon and Wong whereby he had assisted in various corporate transactions including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, initial public offering, sale and purchase of assets as well as take-over.

He joined Messrs Masleena Yee & Partners in January 2020 as litigation lawyer where he was representing clients in court and negotiating settlements particularly for debt recovery and general litigation matters.

He recently transitioned to corporate law, and with his litigation experiences, he offers clients with broader perspective on corporate and business transactions.
